Lincoln Road is a popular outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment district located in Miami Beach, Florida. The area has a rich history that dates back to the early 20th century.

Originally designed as a residential neighborhood in the 1910s, Lincoln Road quickly transformed into a shopping district in the 1920s and 1930s. During this time, many of the area's buildings were converted into shops, restaurants and movie theaters.

In the 1950s and 1960s, Lincoln Road became a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, attracting visitors from around the world to its bustling shopping district and lively street life. However, the area fell into decline in the 1970s and 1980s, as many of the shops and restaurants closed and many of the buildings became derelict.

In the 1990s, a revitalization effort was launched to restore Lincoln Road to its former glory. The area was pedestrianized and many of the buildings were restored and repurposed as shops, restaurants, galleries, and theaters. Today, Lincoln Road is a vibrant destination that attracts millions of visitors each year, and is widely considered to be one of the best shopping and dining districts in Miami.
